| • | We require Rabies, Bordatella, and DHLP shots for dogs, and rabies and FVRCP for cats. |
| • | You must have a proof of vaccination from your Vet at the time of the check in. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTION!!!! |
| • | For the safety of our guests and their owners, please always leash your dog, and bring cats in a carrier. |
| • | If you'd like to bring your own food you welcome to do so, but please put it in a sealable container, and do not bring more then your pet will eat. |
| • | There is a $30.00 service charge for after hours pick up or drop off. |
| • | There is a $25.00 service charge for returned checks. |
| • | Pets are charged for arrival day regardless of time checked in. |
| • | Pets are charged a half day on departure day, only if picked up after 10:00 am. |
| • | All summer time reservations betweeen Memorial Day and Labor Day, as well as Holiday bookings MUST be paid for in full, even if you pick up your pet earlier than it was planned. There is a three day minimum charge for all holiday reservation and a four day minimum charge for the Thanksgiving weekend. |
| • | In most cases we also require a $50 deposit during these busy seasons. This is a non-refundable deposit, unless you cancel your reservation at least 10 days before the arrival date, in that case we will issue a credit for you to use in the future for any boarding or day care services. |
| • | For the security and comfort of your pet, and of Bed and Biscuit staff members, our employees are prohibited from permitting public entry outside the hours posted here. |
