Our nightly lodging rates are based on the type of accommodation you choose. We offer six unique lodging options, each designed to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for your pet. You can explore them below!
Overnight Experience
At Bed & Biscuit, every overnight guest enjoys their own private room designed for comfort and relaxation. Fresh water is available at all times, and each dog has access to their own private outdoor space, allowing them to stretch, sniff, and relax throughout the day.
Please note that all of our overnight services include outdoor activities and enrichment!
Why Are Outdoor Activities Required?
At Bed & Biscuit, we require outdoor activities with every stay because dogs deserve more than just a kennel, they need play, movement, and engagement. Our stays are designed to keep pups happy, active, and thriving.
We do not offer kennel-only stays because they do not align with our values or commitment to animal well-being. Every guest should have the opportunity to move, play, and thrive in a safe, enriching environment.

Standard Cancellation Policy & and Optional Booking Insurance
We understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation & Booking Insurance policy is designed to provide peace of mind and flexibility while ensuring that our services remain efficient and available for all our valued customers.
***This new Standard Cancellation Policy and Insurance System replaces the old deposit system. We no longer collect or require booking deposits for reservations – Applicable for bookings made after April 9th, 2025.
Booking Insurance (Optional but Recommended)
For $40 per reservation, our Booking Insurance covers all pets booked, and offers you the following benefits when planning your pet’s stay:
- Modify your plans – check out early without additional charges. If you decide to check out early, we will modify your stay and you will not be responsible for paying for the original length of the booking (excluding minimum-stay periods for holidays). You can also modify your boarding dates ONCE without extra charge.
- Cancel without penalty for any reason – you have the option to cancel your booking, with 24 hours notice in advance of your designated arrival time for standard bookings and 72 hours notice in advance of your designated arrival time for holiday bookings.
- All daycare members and our most active Country Club members enjoy FREE Booking Insurance. This benefit allows them to cancel at any time, even up to the moment of check-in, with no penalty.
Without Booking Insurance
- Cancellations will incur a 50% charge of the reservation subtotal, excluding any indicated tips.
- Early Departures – If you choose to modify your booking and check out early, you will be billed for the original duration of your stay.
- Modify your plans – Once your booking is confirmed, dates cannot be changed or rescheduled without insurance.
Optional Pre-Paid Boarding Passes
Plan ahead and enjoy exclusive savings with our Pre-Paid Boarding Passes at Bed and Biscuit. Purchase a bundle of boarding days in advance and redeem them at your convenience within one year of the purchase date.

Our Playtime Options Are:
Individual Playtime
Perfect for pups who prefer one-on-one attention, including seniors, intact dogs, or those who aren’t as social with other dogs. These sessions are tailored for comfort and connection.
Family Playtime
Designed for dogs from the same household to play and bond together in a familiar, safe environment.
Large Group
Ideal for big, social dogs who love making new friends and enjoy energetic play. All participants are temperament-tested to ensure a safe group dynamic.
Small Group
Best suited for friendly, small-breed dogs who enjoy interacting with others their size. Each dog completes a group evaluation to ensure compatibility and safety.
