Our team is dedicated to exceptional customer service and customer experience. Our goal is to continually build on top Bed and Biscuit’s foundation by having an outstanding team, in a beautiful, large and up to date facility, with our pet’s enjoyment and safety as our #1 priorities.
Bed and Biscuit transitioned to new management in 2023 due to its commitment to its pets, phenomenal reputation, and beautiful Ithaca. We express our deep appreciation to Laszlo and Gizella, who began managing Bed and Biscuit in 2002. Their application and love for dogs laid the foundation for what we continue to build upon today. Their contributions, such as the canopy over the dog boarding quarters and the massive outdoor play yards on our 4-Acre property provide a significantly enhanced experience for our pups.
