I'll never feel guilty about boarding my dog again. She comes home happy and exhausted!Edit: I know there are now new owners, but it appears to have been a seamless transition.(April, '24). No issues. They continue to keep posting the Facebook pics, and Allie sleeps for two days after I pick her up. Well done! (This is one of their photos - tell me she's not happy!)

we love how much bed and biscuit cares about our pup! wouldn't bring him anywhere else for boarding and daycare.
Our dog loves to go to Bed and Biscuit, where the personnel knows her by name, and are always happy to take care of her when we are away. The staff is very kind, knowledgeable and dedicated. The facility is spacious and each dog has customized attention and service.
The best for daycare and boarding. Staff genuinely care about your pet and go the extra mile. Fully trust the staff with my dog!
Bed and Biscuit is great. I travel a lot so it has been great to drop off the dogs with B & B’s caring staff.

The best pet service, management, and employees. I had emergency from the military on the day of new year’s eve. With the limited time, my dog and I got the best service from the employees and the owner.
Our dog aways seems happy to go there, and happy to come home. He seems to enjoy the other dogs. I wish we could afford for him to go one day every week!

Excellent service! Staff clearly love dogs and take wonderful care of them. My pups were very happy and very well cared for. I would leave them here again with no reservations

I have been using Bed and Biscuit for a number of years for boarding. We recently had to be in NYC for a couple weeks and we boarded our Aussie Shepherd, Scarlett. They had constantly posted photos of Scarlett outside running around and having fun, so I knew they were keeping her busy and happy.When we returned and went to pick her up, she looked great (even her nails were cut!), happy and relaxed. I so appreciated Bed and Biscuit taking great care of my girl!And the best thing, is they are literally 5 minutes from my house!Thanks to everyone on staff for doing a wonderful job!Lisa MacLeod

I boarded my 7th month old kitten for the first time and felt guilty for having to do it…should have never worried! Rousseau got great care and looked wonderful when I returned. Thanks for providing a professional, caring environment for my feisty feline!!

When we picked our dogs up after two weeks at Bed and Biscuit they were happy and healthy, not stressed in any way. Their medication had been given correctly. All our requests regarding their care were honored. An excellent place; we will bring our dogs there whenever we are away from home.Update: we have now boarded our dogs 3 times at Bed and Biscuit (10 days stay each time) and are thoroughly happy with this place in every way. The staff are caring, concerned and love animals. Our beloved dogs have been beautifully cared for. A definite 5 stars.

We were very happy with the care our pets received during their stay. Check in and check out was painless, as was the online booking process. One of our dogs is the nervous type, and they let me take her back to her room when she was resisting the handoff. It's worth the extra expense when compared with other local boarding facilities.

Bête had a good experience at Bed and Biscuit. Bête will be returning soon for a longer stay. We are especially grateful that the staff paid close attention to her strict medical protocol.

We leave our two dogs and cat here when we go out of town. They are always well cared for with attention to detail. The facilities are clean and the staff seem kind and caring. I like that the dogs have their own door to the outside.

Our black Lab loves everyone at Bed and Biscuit and they love her. She especially loves the homemade treat for the ride home. We have been using Bed and Biscuit for the past 3 years and we are very pleased with their service and we highly recommend it.

Our kitten was very happy and well-cared for in two weeks of boarding while we were in Europe, and everyone was fantastic.

Thank you Bed N Biscuit of Ithaca for taking such great care of our puppy. Staff was wonderful and very responsive to emails/questions. The pictures showed how much he enjoyed the stay/pampering. We picked up one happy pup.

It is always hard to leave our dog, but I never worry when she is at Bed and Biscuit. She has stayed multiple times, from a few days to over a week, and she is always well taken care of. Gizella's good-bye treats are the best!

Our dog can't wait to get to Bed & Biscuit when we take him there, and he's always happy and healthy when we pick him up. I appreciate the flexibility - sometimes we're not sure when we'll get home after a trip, and B&B always accommodates us.

Beth came home exhausted and happy. I could tell she ate well, as her weight was the same. She loves Shane, and playing with all the dogs. We go to day care and we've boarded. They take care to ensure my Beth gets her Kong with her special prescription wet food, and are professional with drop offs and pick ups that cause the least stress on Beth. Their facilities are clean and tidy. I know Beth is safe and secure when she is there. And since you choose a play package, I know she's getting lots of play time!

My dog Rory was well cared for during our vacation and I knew I didn’t have to worry about him. They are loving, kind people who care about taking care of your pet the way you would at home!

This is the very best kennel that I have ever found. Tenzin, my dog comes home happy, healthy and very well taken care of…He is also tired from all his wonderful adventures and treats!!

Mickey receives the best care, love, and attention while at the Club. Whether he is attending daycare or there for boarding, he is always happy and healthy upon our return. We love the frequent photos and videos we receive that show Mickey enjoying his stay. Mickey is on a special diet and the staff at Bed and Biscuit make certain Mickey's dietary needs and special food requirements are met.

It was our first time boarding our girl in several years. The process was so thorough it put me at ease. The staff put my mastiff at ease. We’ll be back!

Bed and Biscuit has taken care of our dog several times and she is ALWAYS excited to go. In fact, she gets "happy feet" the minute we turn onto Bostwick Road. Knowing that she is happy and well-cared for puts my mind at ease and allows me to enjoy my time away.

When we have to travel I want to make sure our dogs are well taken care of. Since they are very athletic, boarding them where they are stuck in a dog run is not a good option. That’s why we love Bed and Bisquit. When I see the pictures of our dogs outside playing with other dogs, I know they’re in a good place. There is no where I’d rather board our dogs.

Our dog has stayed at Bed and Biscuit during 3 of our trips now. He's excited and pulling at his leash to get in the door when we drop him off and seems happy and relaxed when we pick him up. I love that we can see photos of him playing with the other dogs on Facebook while we're away! It's not the least expensive option, but it's so worth it to know that he's well cared for and having fun!
