Yes! Each dog will be assigned their specific room based on size and behavior. Each kennel is divided by an inside area and an outside area (Also individual to each dog).

Yes, even if you're still exploring our services and would like to visit the facility first, a customer account is required in order to schedule your tour and manage related details.

No, but we strongly recommend adding insurance to your reservation for added flexibility and peace of mind. If you choose not to purchase insurance, we advise finalizing your plans beforehand to avoid the need for cancellations or changes.

Absolutely. We proudly accommodate elderly dogs through our Special Care Package, thoughtfully designed for guests who require medication, gentler activities, or extra attention. We also offer the option to add a Kuranda orthopedic bed, ideal for joint support and enhanced comfort. Our team is committed to ensuring every senior guest enjoys a safe, soothing, and enriching stay.

Yes. Our team has experience caring for dogs with various disabilities, including blindness, deafness, and epilepsy. We ensure all medication is administered as directed and maintain open, attentive communication with pet parents throughout the stay. Every dog deserves exceptional care, and we’re committed to providing a safe, supportive environment tailored to each guest’s individual needs.

At Bed & Biscuit, we allow intact dogs to join Group Play up to 6 months of age for small breeds and up to 7 months for larger breeds. After this age, dogs must be spayed or neutered in order to continue participating in group activities. This policy helps us maintain a safe, balanced, and stress-free environment for all our guests.

Yes, our feline guests enjoy dedicated playtime and gentle interaction tailored to their individual personality and comfort level. Whether your cat prefers quiet cuddles or more active engagement, we ensure each guest receives attentive care during their stay.

Bringing your pet’s food is entirely up to you and what you believe is best for their routine and well-being. We are happy to accommodate special dietary needs and offer high-quality food options, including alternatives for pets with allergies

We offer 3 different kennel sizes based on breed, size, weight and behavior:

  • Medium kennel: 3ft x 4ft
  • Large Kennel: 4ft x 4ft
  • Extra Large Kennel: 5ft x 4ft

Each of these kennels also include an outside area that is 2x-3x times the size of the area inside.
