We are an activity based country club, where an activity package is required for every day of your dog’s stay, it is separately priced because every dog is different and therefore their activities has to be customized to their needs. Our daily rate consists of the nightly lodging fee and one of the activity packages you choose.

Dog Activity Packages
Studies show that dogs enjoy their time more when they are active during a boarding stay. That’s why we are an activity based boarding facility. Whether your dog enjoys group play with other dogs or prefers to interact one-on-one with a caring person, we have activity packages to suit your dog’s specific needs. Keeping your dog on a routine with a certain level of activity makes for a low-stress boarding stay. We strongly recommend a morning check-in, that way your dog(s) will be here for a full day of activities on the first day of their boarding stay to ensure that they’ll be tired enough to settle down in the evening and get a good night sleep. If you’re dropping off your dog in the evening a $8 fee will be added to your account for a mandatory one-on-one walk before bedtime.

- We require Rabies, Bordatella, and DHLP vaccinations for dogs, and rabies and FVRCP for cats.
- You must have a proof of vaccination from your Vet at the time of the check in. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTION!!!!
- For the safety of our guests and their owners, please always leash your dog, and bring cats in a carrier.
- If you’d like to bring your own food you welcome to do so, but please put it in a sealable container, and do not bring more than your pet will eat.
- There is a $30.00 service charge for after hours pick up or drop off.
- There is a $25.00 service charge for all returned checks.
- Pets are charged for arrival day regardless of time checked in.
- Pets are charged a half day on departure day, only if picked up after 10:00 am.
- An activity package is required for every day of your dog’s stay. Our daily rate consists of the nightly lodging fee and one of the packages you choose.
- Overnight long term packages have to be paid in advance and they are expiring in one year. Discounted lodging nights do not need to be used consecutively.
- All summer time reservations between Memorial Day and Labor Day, as well as Holiday bookings MUST be paid for in full, even if you pick up your pet earlier than it was planned (Early Return), or you drop off your pet later than the original drop off date (Delayed Drop off). We have a three day minimum for all major holidays, a four day minimum for the Thanksgiving weekend and a five day minimum for the Christmas holiday season.
- In most cases we also require a $50 deposit during these busy seasons. This is a non-refundable deposit, unless you cancel your reservation at least 5 days (10 days for holiday reservations) before the arrival date, in that case we will issue a credit for you to use in the future for any boarding service. This $50 deposit will be applied to the total cost of your boarding fee.
- The Bed and Biscuit is closed for arrivals and departures on New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, check, and cash for payment, all charges must be paid in full at the time of check out.
