Standard Cancellation Policy & Optional Booking Insurance

We understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation & Booking Insurance policy is designed to provide peace of mind and flexibility while ensuring that our services remain efficient and available for all our valued customers.

***This new Standard Cancellation Policy and Insurance System replaces the old deposit system. We no longer collect or require booking deposits for reservations.

Booking Insurance – Optional but Highly Recommended:

For $40 per reservation, our Booking Insurance covers all pets booked, and offers you the following benefits when planning your pet’s stay:

 

  • Modify your plans – check out early without additional charges. If you decide to check out early, we will modify your stay and you will not be responsible for paying for the original length of the booking (excluding minimum-stay periods for holidays).
  • Cancel without penalty for any reason – you have the option to cancel your booking, with 24 hours notice in advance of your designated arrival time for standard bookings and 72 hours notice in advance of your designated arrival time for holiday bookings. 
  • All daycare members and our most active Country Club members enjoy FREE Booking Insurance. This benefit allows them to cancel at any time, even up to the moment of check-in, with no penalty.

Without Booking Insurance:

  • Cancellations will incur a 50% charge of the reservation subtotal, excluding any indicated tips.

  • Early Departures – If you choose to modify your booking and check out early, you will be billed for the original duration of your stay.
